I’ve sold few items to some customers and when I confirm my shipping address to the customer, it will not add my new address and defaults back to the old one. No matter how many times I add it or make it primary the moment I hit done, I look and it’s still the old one.

Thanks for posting. Could you give us a few more details are you buying or selling items? Are you changing your address when you go to pay for an item? Or are you selling items and changing the shipping address on your label?

Which address are you changing? In your account there are 4 address: registration address, shipping address ( where you receive purchases), ship from address ( from where you ship packages from as a seller), and return address. Go into your account and update as many of these as needed.

Same problem in the eBay app. Won’t let me add new address and use the new one I added. Whenever I print the label after selling

I’ve had the same problem even after updating all 4 address sections. Still defaults to the old address for “ships from” on my seller listing. 🤷🏻♀️

To change the "ships from" address you need to edit the item location in the listing.
