Search problem on IOS

Recently I’ve noticed searches that used to work in the IOS eBay app don’t any longer.   Here’s what is happening.      

In the eBay app on my iPad (latest app and IOS version) I do a search for ”office 365” and it says no results can be found.  I know that isn’t true, but if I do the exact same search in the eBay app on my android phone it returns a long list of items.    This is a search I’ve used many times on my iPad in the past.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Thanks for the report. Some items related to digital downloads cannot be accessed in the iOS app.

This has nothing to do with digital downloads.   There are many Office 365 boxed software for sale on eBay.    None of them show up in my search on iOS.   They all show up using the androids app.     And as I said earlier this search used to work

Ok, here are some examples.....

search oh “Office 365” and it returns no results.

search on “Office Home” and it finds many results including those with “Office 365 Home” in the description.

search on “Office Personal” and it finds many results including those with “Office 365 Personal” in the description.

something is broken!     I have always done searches for “Office 365” and “Office 365 Home” with no problem but something has changed.

This is intentional as stated above. Please use the android app or use the safari browser for these searches.

I don't see the logic it that at all.    I makes no sense to me!
