How are you searching?
If you are using westfalia as a search term, eBay will return any listing that contains westfalia in the listing title or item specifics in a particular category.
In some cases this may include other brands that include westfalia as a compatible brand, or a part for a westfalia item. You may be able to eliminate some such items by using exclusions like this:
westfalia -fits.westfalia -for.westfalia
Depending on what category you are searching, you may see a brand filter -- if that is the case you may be able to pick westfalia as a brand, rather than relying on a keyword.
At times, eBay may return matches of other keywords that are similar to your chosen keyword; if you only want to see results for your exact keyword with no substitutions, try including your keyword in quotes, like this:
"westfalia"
Using exclusions or quotes may affect automatic category navigation, so if you use those techniques make sure that you are searching the correct category.
