Scan upon Pickup

The scan barcode or 6 digit code is not working for the local pickup orders. This is an inconvenience to my buyers when I'm trying to figure it out. 

 

I also cannot manually mark them picked up. For every order I have to chat with a rep to do it for me. I reinstalled the app and it is still not working. 

 

Any suggestions?

Are you still seeing issues with local pickup scanning? Do you have more details on what problems it was having?
