There have been several scammers bidding on my painting and of course all failed to buy wasting my time but you try to charge me 189.00 for a seller fee, y'all need to get things together

if you didn’t sell

the item, there is no final value fee.

Ebay knows immediately when an item is sold and therefore charges its FVF then.    Ebay has no way of knowing if a buyer fails to pay unless the seller tells ebay about the non-payment.   You tell ebay by going to the Resolution Center and opening a case.   That will get you a credit for your fees.

Hi Friend 

Some one has bid for the item that's why eBay had  charged this final valve fee. If you didn't get the money you have to open up an unpaid item case to get the final valve fee credited back.
