I have recently been scammed out of 2,000 from eBay which the seller said she was sending the item through! Now neither eBay or the seller is answering any of my emails! I need my refund immediately!!!

Sorry -- You have given us almost NO relevant information.
First, was this item actually listed ON eBay with an eBay item number or did you find it on another site?
When you come back and reply to that question, we can go from there?

Did it involve gift cards?
Was it an ebay listing?
What do you mean saying-
"seller said she was sending the item through! (ebay)"

yes it did involve gift card. I talked with an member from eBay as well making the transactions.

Yes it was listed on eBay.. but not anymore I thought maybe because I have already purchased the item that it has been removed.. also it was on another site connected as well

I am sorry, it looks like you were scammed. Gift cards are untraceable. Ebay had nothing to do with the sale.

Maybe it wasn't an ebay member nor an ebay number?
It is common in these scams for the scammer to pretend to be ebay, and to get their target to text them, call them, and take the whole deal off ebay. The scammers also can and do create fake emails to look like it was sent from ebay.
If you gave the scammer your card numbers, the money is gone.
What was the "other site" that the listing was connected to?

Was this a motor vehicle? Was it actually listed on another site, not eBay, but you were told the sale would go through eBay? You DID NOT talk with a member from eBay, but with the scammer.
See if this is a familiar scenario:
You found this item listed on some other site, NOT eBay.
You were told the transaction would go through eBay "for your protection".
You were asked to buy eBay gift cards. You were told to give the gift card #s to the seller (or sometimes they say you are giving the #s to eBay).
You were told the #s would be held and the cards not redeemed until the seller knew you were satisfied with the item. To that end, you were told the seller would ship this item to you for a trial period. All you needed to do was let him, at the end of the trial period, if you wanted to keep the car.
Did you not wonder what kind of idiot would ship a valuable item to a total stranger for a "trial period"?
THIS IS A FAIRLY COMMON SCAM AND I AM SORRY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE LOST 2K.
eBay gift cards cannot be used to pay for purchases anywhere except on eBay.
The minute you gave up those card numbers, your money was GONE and there is absolutely no way to get it back. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there it is.

How could anyone "take the whole deal off ebay" when it was never on eBay to begin with?

Yes the scammers get you to phone them, not eBay. A old scam to boot.

One more thing. Who in their right mind would sell an car, RV, boat, motorcycle at 1\3 the price and spend $600+ to ship it to a total stranger for free? Think about it.
