I oder a case and when I went back to see it it sat item unavailable and I can’t see when my package is coming I spent 9.95 dollars it’s a little upsetting but I want my money back or something because it’s been two weeks and I could scam!

Check for the estimated time of arrival in your order details page.  If your item did not arrive on the last ETA day, open an item not received request.  The seller will only have 3 days to respond in a satisfactory manner.  If, after the 3 days has passed and the seller has not responded, escalate the case and eBay will make a final decision and most likely refund you your money.

DO NOT CLOSE THE CASE UNTIL YOU GET YOUR MONEY OR THE ITEM.

ESCALATE THE CASE AFTER THE 3RD DAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
