My saved searches are not accessible on the iOS app. I have two different devices, and I’m not able to access my saved searches on the app on either of them. If I login on a browser, I can access my saved searches, just not on the app.

STILL having the same problem!! Very frustrating!! I’m sure that I would have made some purchases if my Saved Searches were working on the app (browser is a pain, and NOT worth my time!!). My preference for years has been eBay over Amazon, but I may have to start shopping Amazon soon. Why can’t something that worked fine before, not be easily fixed?!?! I don’t understand!! Especially during the holidays when so many are trying to make purchases. 🤷‍♀️ Others have commented that they are experiencing the same problem, so I’m sure eBay is losing $$$ over this, but I guess they don’t care.

When I searched for the ebay app in the Apple app store yesterday, I noticed there was an update to the ebay app. I was cautiously optimistic this would fix the same saved search problem you have, but no, I still get the "Oops" message. Oops is right. Like you, I make almost all of my purchases using the saved searches, and therefore haven't bought anything in over a week now. It's so frustrating.

elizabeth@ebay has this been looked into yet? I have the same problem @jackson_monica detailed above; my saved searches in the app disappeared over a week ago, and I get the "Oops" message shown in a screenshot in this thread. I make almost all of my purchases using the saved searches, and therefore haven't bought anything in over a week.

Hey Elizabeth,

There’s been no change to this glitch on my end—still getting the “oops” message when I try to look at saved searches in the app. (Btw, it will let me look at saved sellers, but not saved searches.) It’s fine if you guys are still working on this, but could you just let us know that? Right now it feels like we’re shouting at the wind, with no idea if anyone’s hearing…

Same here. Tried contacting Ebay multiple times. I was told that they will take a look at that. Its ben 2 weeks now. Missed so many items. Bad for me. Bad for eBay.

Please provide a status update!! This issue has been ongoing for over 3 weeks!! Those of us who shop from our Saved Searches are missing out, sellers are missing out on sales, and eBay as a company is missing out. 🤷‍♀️ Please provide an update regarding an ETA for resolution of this issue!!
