Sample feedback text is live and submitted with review!!

On the latest iOS app, when you go to leave feedback for an item, there is sample text at the bottom as follows (after the radio button for positive, neutral, negative, and the star ratings):

Condition was good for being “used”, and a great price compared to other sellers

The problem is that this text is live and was submitted with my feedback. The seller contacted me annoyed that I said his items were used when they were clearly marked and sold as new.

As a user, I don’t want to waste my time deleting sample text, and if you require me to write something with feedback, come up with another was of saying I need to do so. 

Also, this feedback form doesn’t accept files ending in .jpeg, which is what screenshots saved from my phone are saved in (but .jpg is ok).

The feedback text field is pre-filled with the last feedback you gave. This is how the apps have been for almost 10 years so this is not a new change. When the field is empty it will say "Enter your feedback here..."

I can't think of why anyone would want to reuse feedback left in the past when you're almost certainly buying different items from different sellers each time. With that reasoning just check 'positive' and '5-stars' for all of the other fields if you're looking to save me time.

I don't expect a new email I compose to pre-populate with the last information I sent, so this was unexpected behavior to me.
