SORT option missing

I do all my eBay on my iPhone and today when I did my searches the SORT option was missing. I LOVED the newly listed option so I didn't have to go thru 963 listings. I don't like the eBay app. Anyone know what's going on?

Hello and thanks for the report. The sort button should still be showing up for your searches. Can you post a screen shot of your app missing the sort button and we can investigate this issue?

Thank you for the screen shot. We have a few more questions.

1. Was this a Followed search that you tapped in an email?

2. What type of iPhone are you on and do you know the version of the Apple OS on your iPhone?

3. Could you copy the URL out of safari and send that in a response?

#1, no not a followed search. #2 iPhone 6s up to date. #3, no idea how. On Monday I had the SORT option, on Tuesday it was gone.

Here are some instructions on how you could copy the link.

1. Tap the box with the up arrow at the bottom of your screen.

2. Find the copy option and tap that

3. You can then paste it into this message field.

Hi, I'm having the same problem, and phone is up to date, thanks Mike

I am on PC and have the same issue. I have been away from EBAY for a little bit and now there is an option screen to the left (that I don't recall, maybe I'm wrong) but no sort option like original poster states. Also I can't interact with half of the "new" search options.

I have this same option on my computer and it is so annoying. I've tried using a different browser and I still have the same problem.

Sometimes I will search for something and the sort option will show up, but then I'll add one more word to the search box and the sort option disappears. It's extremely annoying and I can't believe eBay hasn't fixed this after people have been complaining about it for YEARS.
