I returned an item but it doesn’t allow me to update the status on an item that has already begun to ship. I don’t wanna miss my refund all because I can’t update the status of the item. I’m using the eBay app, I also tried the desktop version.

If you used a label issued by Ebay and had the package scanned, the system will update itself.
