EBay iOs app feedback:
I love the app and use daily and have for years.
The last few updates have issues I would like to report to the app team.
First the details: 12” iPad Pro - kept updated but not modified.
Critical Issue:
Note: I pre-shoot my photos, and “sell a similar item” from one of my own listings usually.
Start app x selling x active x listing x sell similar item x keep photos = remove x photos x photos library x CRASH. App disappears. Like the old memory faults of yore?
Any apps in the background have to regenerate and start over too.
Likely background apps for me are Apple’s photos, browser, email and news.
Even with only photos open - to know what I am about to list, the ebay app still crashes almost every time. This started 2 updates ago (or so) when the look of adding photos to listings changed.
Things to note: A draft is saved.
Now what? Start app x selling x draft listing x photos x photos library = no crash, it seems to work that time.
But, the next time that a listing is created (sell a similar item) is not from a draft will crash the app again - And everything in the background too, which rules out any kind of multitasking. Very repeatable crash.
