Refund issue

I have had a refund issue 

I record I sold was damaged so seller wanted to send it back we went through eBay and I sent my address label which I payed for but for some reason my house number wasn’t on the label and the person sending it back didn’t realise so it’s been sent back to them 

how do we resolve

Check your return address in your eBay account.

If it is correct you have been scammed.

They wipe out part of the address to get the item back due to undeliverables.
