Since the latest update my saved searches are not updating with new items!!! When will this be fixed?

Images will flash in feed and in search return which prevents clicking on items or links.  Using android app 5.17.0.18.  Running on Galaxy Tab2 SM-T810 Android version 7.0  cleared browing history, closed app, and signed out but no change.

The original has been working on my Samsung Tablet for years.  The forced update is "not compatible with your device".  Therefore - forced update has just stopped me using Ebay!  Ridiculous!  How nuts is that - talk about shooting yourself in the foot!

Not sure how this is an "Accepted Solution". Issue still remains and 3 or 4 crash reports were submitted yesterday.

None of my saved searches are updating????

It is February 8th and I am still experiencing the problem: saved searches not updating. Additionally, this morning I had 21 emails from ebay, as I received email alert updates ....allthough I had marked on my saved searches that I did NOT want either email or phone alerts. Please address quickly as I normally check my saved searches daily! (I am on Android and use Chrome, if that's any help.)
