This has been ongoing for 2 years now. Several updates have attempted to fix this but have failed. I have the most recent version of eBay app and Android so that is not the issue.. All messages received either from eBay or eBay sellers about offers being made reappear several times after being deleted even after emptying of the cache. Seems to be only getting worse.
Likely happening by design, intentionally, ebay hopes of getting potential sales to generate more $$ for the ebay machine. In fact, every "glitch" seems to work in ebays favor. I'm convinced these various glitches are indeed intentional.
