Hi. This is completely random but is there a way to put up a profile picture?

It is possible to do so, but you must use a desktop browser (or a mobile browser in desktop mode).
Go to your profile page, use the "edit profile" button, click on the pencil icon that appears over the profile picture placeholder thumbnail.
