Questionable Charge

I was charged $36.50 to my account but not sure why as I haven’t sold anything. I need this money refunded ASAP.

Questionable Charge

According to eBay's records, you sold a Yamaha fairing kit on February 8th, 2021, for $400 plus $80 shipping.

I see that you now have this same item listed again.

If your buyer on that February 8th sale didn't pay, you had 30 days past the sale date to open an unpaid item case with eBay.  Since that time limit has now expired, you are still going to owe that final value fee unless you can persuade eBay that, as a new seller, you didn't know about opening an unpaid item case.  Unless you opened a case, eBay assumes you were paid and eBay expects their fee.

How about taking the time to do more reading in the Seller Information Center, preferably before you make any more sales, so that you will know what action you can take if a buyer doesn't pay?

How about taking the time to do more reading in the Seller Information Center, preferably before you make any more responses, as the time I had to open an unpaid items claim is 32 days.

Did you open an Unpaid Item case at all? If so, what happened with that?
