Where is the QR code for shipping items and and printing the shipping label from my eBay account?
The my local post office needed a QR code which was nowhere to be found.
I touched the print icon when at the post office and nothing happened. No printer found and ebay says package is now shipped with a tracking number as well. I purchased a second label and paid out of pocket. Buyer paid shipping for first label.
What a mess!
I took a picture of the label I purchased and send it to the buyer with a new tracking # and told her to please disregard the eBay shipping information and first label's tracking number. Please be aware that no label was physically printed the first time although ebay artificial intelligence thinks it was.
