Push notifications

Still getting those annoying push notifications for items I’m not watching. Is there a way to turn them off?  It makes me not want to look around because once I land on an item, I’ll get notifications about it even if I decide I’m not interested enough to watch.

In your account settings under  Communication Preferences  

you can turn off by unchecking the boxes.

The settings are not specific about what notifications are being turned off and on.  What if you want notifications about watched items, but don't want notifications that ebay pulls out of their AI butt?
