I am unable to track any of my purchases, which includes holiday gifts. What is going on? This started happening about 2 days ago.

If you go into your purchases and tap on an item you purchased it should load a screen with tracking options.

mine shows as “you’ve committed to this offer” on my iPhone . When I use my android I can see my tracking information.
