Purchase history not loading

I’m wondering if anyone has had an issue with purchase history not loading on their phone.  I get the first page.  It was working fine until recently.   I’ve been on eBay for many years and haven’t had an issue with this.   I have 2 iPhones and it does it on both phones.  I’ve read that it’s because of how many purchases I’ve made but why just now after 10 years?  I called eBay and filed a issue with tech support. It I doubt that will help.

Hi @skiguy6969! What happens when you change the Purchase History filter to 2021? Do you see them all or do you only see one screens worth of the most recent purchases?
