I can no longer promote listings on the app, i used to be able to do it from the app now it says nothing to show here when I click promote listing on the app.

Yes, I think it’s a semi know issue yet eBay hasn’t admitted to there actually being an issue. The only thing I can get out of them is they are looking into it. I get the same message you get on my iPad and am also unable to promote listings on my windows 10 pc or in the Android app so it’s not platform unique, it’s totally broken. There are a couple other existing posts about this. I don’t know how it’s not a bigger issue unless not many sellers promote listings, I promote everything and 95% of my sales are from promoted listings so this is stressing me out.

Hi guys!

Yes this has been the case for the past couple days! And guess what? To no surprise this is still not working.

The same error pops up on whether you “promote listing” or “edit promoted listing”! This is definitely so annoying! I’m also surprised as to why not other e-sellers have picked this error up!

I will try contacting eBay again today and find an update, will update you guys too!

Don’t bother looking on the net for settings etc to somehow you think it might enable or fix this error.

This error has arisen directly from their server therefore it won’t work until they have fixed the bug on their end! Which means no matter which device you use, you will most likely see the same error occur again.

If anyone receives any update on this issue, or by chance have the “promote listing” started working again, then please do let us know!!

p.s I have attached the error I receive when clicking the promote or edit promote listings - Mainly uploaded just to clarify it’s the same error you also have been receiving…
