Promoted items dont show on mobile

So did I miss something? Do the promoted items not show on the mobile phones? If I switch to Classic view they are there but when I go back to mobile viewing on the phone all promoted items are gone. Have I missed a setting that is hiding them? Or are we only paying to promote our items on desktops and classic view?

I'm not sure what you mean by "mobile viewing"?  I have the eBay App on my Pixel (Android) and just searched for "syroco wood"...one of the first items on the Search Results page said "Sponsored" (which is "Promoted").  So, it shows in the App, which I believe is the way most people access ebay on smart phones.
