Profile does not load and unable to select a shipping service when selling

I’m trying to report a couple issues that I’ve been constantly having. One is when I try to look at a buyers profile it just says loading, but never actually loads their profile.
The second is when I try to revise a product listing... I have had several times when it deletes my selected shipping service, then tells me I must select a shipping service to continue and then when I try to select one it does like a double redirect to a blank screen.

Same thing happens to me regarding the shipping service when I try to revise my listing. It forces me to select a shipping service, and when I do it doesn’t load anything.
