Problems with mobile app

Can't print shipping labels from app... Just doesn't work. And there is no way to print packing slip in app. Even if there was probably wouldn't print just like the label. I have a Samsung A71

Thanks for taking the time to post here. When you go to print are you getting any kind of error? If so can you share the error you are seeing? Do you have the latest update installed?

I can't buy shipping labels from the app either. I will take a screenshot and post it later on my next sale. When you click on buy shipping label it says "payments not set up, please go to desktop and set up and then buy from phone" even though I have previously set up payments and I can't find any other setting to change to allow the phone to purchase a label.
