Problem with my orders

Good afternoon I wanted to know if you can do anything about this problem every time I order this product from Florida it always goes to Texas and this is the second time with moog hubs assembly

Every single time that a buyer orders on eBay, his invoice (where he makes payment( shows clearly the address to which the item will be shipped.  He is given the chance to change that address if it's wrong, or if he maybe wants it shipped elsewhere, like to a friend. 

So are you saying that, when you pay, the address is correct, but the seller somehow manages to ship to a different address? Or that the wrong address is shown there and you have neglected to change it?

Is the other address a former address, like you lived there before? If so, do you not at least have a forwarding order in place at that PO?
