your not alone, the newest google play services seems to have killed EBAY apk.
running android 6.01 on a Samsung note 4, and even trying all the normal tricks it still fails. (uninstall , reboot, etc.)
i WAS a big user, but if the company doesn't want my money anymore, i have to use other options.
android 6 should still be supported, and as a company, it would serve them well to host to older versions as well. ( if you think EBAY is standalone company, delete the app, reboot the phone, and try to install an older version, NO GO. wait... FREEZE OR REMOVE PLAY SERVICES, and poof, EBAY installs fine..
why EBAY wont host older versions , on there own site is beyond me. (google play forces API/SDK rules)
