If this is the case, you need to open a "return request" and under that request, you are to click "Doesn't match description or photos." The seller will have 3 days to respond to your request. If the 3 days pass and there is no response, escalate the case and eBay will make a final decision and most likely refund you for your purchase.
DO NOT LET THE CASE EXPIRE.
DO NOT CLOSE THE CASE UNTIL YOU EITHER GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR YOU GET THE ITEM THAT YOU PAID FOR.
