Problem changing address

Hello, I’m trying to change my address and it lets me type the info in but the done button does not light up to submit it.

Are you able to change your email address using a browser instead of the eBay app?

You should be able to change your email address as long as the email address is valid and not already associated with an eBay account. Try another email address to see if that works better.
