Using mobile app for android I'm unable to open pics sent within messages. If I use my PC it's fine, if I backdoor it and go thru email notifications I'm able to open and view pics. Uploading is not an issue at all. When I click the thumbnail to view pic app screen flashes quick indicating contact was made with the screen but does open the pic. Sometimes app crashes. I've already adjusted/modified app settings and problem is not resolved. I've uninstalled and re-installed. Can anyone help?? Thanks

Having the same issue on my MacBook Air.

Won't let me open images from customers and when downloaded to my computer are very small and of terrible quality so can't see!

Is there a way to resolve this?

Is there a solution yet? I'm still unable to open/view attached photos in ebay messages on my mac laptop. I'm also unable to open/view them in an email.

21st April, 2022 & I've been suffering from the EXACT same issue over the past month...AAARRRGGGHHH!!

The power fuse blew on my MacBook Pro 15" & I borrowed my Aunt's little MacBook Pro 13" from mid-2012 & within a couple of days of loaning that, I first encountered this issue & although it was incredibly frustrating, even infuriating at times, I simply thought that it was solely an issue with the loan MBP...

Well, I received my newly serviced 15" MBP late last week & SHOCK, HORROR, EXACTLY THE SAME ISSUE!!!

Can ANYONE please offer me ANY advice re: what I can do in order to be able to view the attachments that I receive, perchance? Just today alone, I've had a seller (who had to refund me for an item that I purchased but then he had lost the item & had to refund me) who sent me a screenshot from his bank account as proof of the refund BUT I CAN'T READ IT & 2 separate sellers have sent me photos with close-ups of items about which I've enquired BUT I CANNOT SEE THEM, AAARRRGGGHHHH!!

Same here from few weeks I’m unable to open any attachment from msg on my iPad (safari and Firefox same) ended few times asking buyers to send them to my phone as needed for claim/refund.

when pressing on it nothing happens when try open in new window same nothing happens when try to save same situation as others download as very small.

not sure if that on iPad end or eBay but it’s frustrating and was ok up to few weeks ago.
