Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had the same problem as me and any tips as to anything I could do. When my photos are viewed on the app, they are weirdly pixelated and (the only way I can think to describe it) its like an oil on water texture. It is definitely worse on anything white and it has a strange pink or green pixelation all over it. I use a white background mainly and it's horrendous. Everything white is pixelated. Strangley though, if say it is a silver item, the item is fine but the background is the same oil on water colours.
But when viewed on my laptop and desktop they are absolutely fine!
I have followed all the advice re settings and sizes, I have tried a decent camera as well as my my phone and have spoken to ebay who are not sure what is causing it. I have reinstalled the app but it is still doing it.
I've been lurking on the forums for 2 days now searching so I thought it would be quicker to just ask otherwise I am going to be here all year lol.
As I sell ceramics this is a big problem for me so any help at all would be much appreciated!
