Is there a way to change the aspect ratio of the camera when taking pictures from my phone with the newest version of the app?
I list 100% of my items from my phone and have always used the 1x1 (square) aspect ratio. Now, since the most recent updates, I can no longer change the aspect ratio and I am forced to use the apps default setting, which seems to be 1x2.5 (rectangle). Furthermore, the photo quality has also seemed to have deminished with the new camera setting. Please let me know if there is some way I can have control over the new camera that has come with the newest update.
Currently, I have been using a older version of the app that let me have control over camera settings (in the top, right hand, corner there is a button that will take me to my phones camera options and allow me to choose from various options). However, it seems that EBay may no longer support the version I've been using and I'm going to be forced to use the newest app, which is going to cause a ton of headaches for me. The new app no longer has the setting button in the top, right hand, corner that allowed me to change various setting when photographing.
Please let me know if there is a way to change camera setting with the newest version of the app.
Why is it that every time EBay has an update, EBay takes away options for sellers? EBay has become a frustrating mess.
