Are you waiting for an order to arrive? If so, I hope it's on its way. If it doesn't arrive by one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order, you can open an Item Not Received claim. Good luck.
You can start by messaging the seller and ask what is going on. Phones tend to be a sketchy commodity on the bay so I say 50/50 you get a response. If you do get one, 50/50 the response is legit. Proceed w caution.
