EBay stopped allowing us to use PayPal, but only a bank account connected to EBay. Then when I jumped through all their hoops and connected an account like they demand, I am only allowed to use PayPal to pay for things which has no money in it! My personal account is t an option and my PayPal account is empty.  All this means I can no longer do business on EBay. The best part is that when I tried to check out they have an option to tell them about my experience. Then they say if I experience a problem to contact customer service, but they don’t tell us how and don’t list a phone number.

Someone will undoubtedly correct me if I am in error, but my understanding is that, while sellers are being phased slowly into Managed Payments on eBay, buyers can still pay for purchases with Paypal.

Paypal is not the only payment optioned offered to buyers.  If you are only able to use paypal to pay for things, then you must be experiencing some sort of glitch.  Even if you are only able to use paypal, you can link credit/debit cards and more in your paypal account anyways.

How did you miss the “contact us” link? It’s on almost every eBay page.

That’s my understanding as well. I don’t know why there is so much confusion on this issue.

Easy fix... add your bank account and any debit/credit cards you'd like to use to your PayPal wallet. Good luck.
