Twice this week I have tried to use the app and been told I needed to log in again but when I tried to log in my password didn’t match. I changed my password a few days ago and now the same thing has happened again. I am 100% certain I am using the correct password, so what gives? I’m not resetting it again, there’s an issue with the app that never happened until this week. Please help.

Thanks for the report. Can you make sure you are signing in with the same email address or user ID that you had reset the password for.

Yes I’m making sure I’m using the correct email address. I used the app this morning then came back to it half an hour later but it told me I had to log in again. That’s twice this week it’s done this, but when I try to log back in it’s saying incorrect password!!! I’ve had to reset my password again and don’t understand why.
