“Paid - Post Now” banner in app won’t go away

The eBay app is telling me that I have lots of items that need posting but I’ve posted them all. When I touch the notification, it takes me to my sold page where it tells me “You don’t have any items to dispatch”. I’ve tried signing out, then back in, restarting the app, restarting my phone, uninstalling the app, then reinstalling it but the issue persists. 

 

 How do I get rid of this message? It’s really annoying. It’s been there for several weeks, now.
