Page Not Responding error when replying to a seller

Every single time I try to message a seller back after opening a case I get this message. I’ve been seeing this for about a month now and it’s making my experience very unpleasant! Absolutely impossible to resolve my issues, anyone have a clue how to make this stop? I just want to figure out my options and I can’t even answer anybody about them.
