Order not found

I made a purchase as a “guest”. Received confirmation email. The “view order details” link brings up an error that says “order not found”. 

I reached out to eBay social media, was told they can’t help due to buying as a guest. I also tried the online chat requesting a call and I kept getting an error there too. It won’t let me submit the request. 

Please help!

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account.
