I been getting offers but it doesn’t alert me when I get one. I have to go in the item then I see it. That I have a offer by that time the offers are expired!!!

Can you go into your app settings and make sure you have notifications turned on.

1. Open App

2. Tap My eBay

3. Tap settings

4. Tap notifications

5. Tap General

6. turn off all notifications and wait 15 seconds and then turn it back on.

7. Check under Shopping Updates Offer Updates.
