Number window not working

The current version 6.0 doesn’t fully function in iPadOS 13.4.1.

can’t bid, Number window not working.

nor did the best offer popup number. Board.

Please check and fix this bug.

Any number in this window can’t be entered to c$ position.

When you tap on the numbers it does not fill in the price? Can you please uninstall, reboot, and reinstall the app. We have not heard of they keyboard not working like this before.

Hi I have the same issue on an iPhone XR - can buy it now but number keypad unresponsive for bids on all items. Have in/reinstalled and signed out. Thanks

Did you happen to switch between eBay and another app immediately before the keyboard stopped working?

We're doing our best to resolve the issue but need as much context as possible.

Is this happening on all items you try to bid on? Can you share an item # with us. Do you have any accessibility settings enabled on your phone?

Hi, yes all items (e.g. 143592452433), there are a lot of options under accessability and most are off, but under touch reachability/tap to wake/vibration are on. Is there anything specific you wish me to look at? Thanks

Thanks for helping out here. Could you try turning this off just for a moment and then try typing in the number pad. We are trying to narrow this down.

I have this exact problem using UK location iPad iOS 13.4.1. Cannot input number in bid screen. Have reinstalled rebooted etc.

Hey, I have an iPhone X and I am having the SAME EXACT ISSUE with this latest eBay update and I’ve already lost two items that I’d followed til the end, went to snipe my bids and NOTHING. Pressing any of the number keys does nothing! This is on every item and effects placing bids AND making offers. Neither method work on the app, I have to use a web browser as a workaround. Please fix this right away I had an alert set for the item I missed out on which is rare and which I 100% would have won and had the highest bid had I been able to. The fact that I have to use eBay through my web browser on my phone rather than the app is too much hassle and is going to result in me just refraining from using eBay at all anymore until this is ironed out. I can’t imagine how frustrated I’d be if I had items for sale and I knew people were trying to place high bids and send me offers but their eBay apps never allowed them too prior to listings ending. It’s unprecedented and is calamitous to the user experience. And this began for me over a week ago so this very clearly isn’t anyone’s priority over at eBay, so using eBay is no longer going to be my priority.

Yes. We are trying to understand what is going on with these reports and are having trouble getting it to happen in our own testing.
