I have notifications turned on on iPhone including lock screen yet I don’t receive notifications when I sell an item!

The Android version of the eBay app has a Notification Diagnostic tool at the bottom of the Notification screen in Settings that can allow a user to see at what point notifications are being blocked. Presumably the iOS version has a similar tool.
