Hi… I’m not getting notified when I have a sale. This has been happening for the past couple of weeks. My notifications are turned on it just stopped notifying me one day???

Try updating your phone app, or delete and reinstall the app.

Please try restarting your phone. There is an issue with iOS 15 that can cause notifications to stop. Let us know if a restart fixes the issue.

I restarted and it did not help the issue

Thanks for trying that. 

1. Does your app get a red badge when you have waiting notifications?

2. Do notifications show up under the bell icon in the app?

3. Do you get notifications showing up on your lock screen?

I get the red badge. I notified under the bell but I no longer have notifications on the Home Screen. I have all my notifications turned on and it just stopped working one day.

I found deleting the app off my phone first like everyone has mentioned, but then shutting down my phone and restarting it back up, and then downloading the app again has worked. It's also coming up with a few different notification options too.
