Notification number won’t go away

Clear notifications but still see a number 1 on app icon, nothing there. Re installing did not fix.

What device are you using friend? The issue seems to be occurring with the latest iPad OS version. The notification is correct, but it’s not possible for the user to see what they are being notified about on iPad OS. Probably a bug eBay hasn’t squashed? The iPhone version is working OK, so assuming you have an iPhone you’ll be able to read and clear the notification using the phone app. I can’t speak for other devices and operating systems. I hope that helps.

Andriod version is working now but ios 13.1.2 and 12.4.2 all have the same problem. You clear the notifications but a number 1 still shows in app and on app badge icon in the screen. Have re installed and still happens.

the only way the notification badge will go away is if I log out then back in. There is a glitch in your software. No need to send screen shot.

If another notification comes in and I remove it the badge number still shows so I have to logout then log in again. Its happening on all iOS devices iOS 12.4.2 and 13.1.2
