I’m having the same problem. I made several small purchases earlier in the day. Nowhere near my daily limit. Then, suddenly and for no reason the system tells me i need to choose another payment method. Called my bank and they said it was not on their end, but eBay’s end. Of course, you can’t get a hold of anyone at eBay!
