Not getting notifications

Ebay is not sending me notifications when I have a best offer or sell something.  It shows me once I open up the app then all the notifications come in at one time. I already double check the setting uninstalled the app and reinstalled and so far nothing has fixed it.

There are several different settings that can prevent notifications.

In the eBay app itself, under Settings: Notifications -- notifications must be enabled, and different types of buying and selling notifications can be selected or disabled.

In your device Settings there are options to allow or disallow notifications for each individual app. For eBay, the options are Block All; Show silently; On the lock screen -- show all notification content; Override Do Not Disturb.

Under Battery settings, there are options for "Battery Saver" which may interfere with notifications: "Email, messaging, and other apps that rely on syncing may not update unless you open them." Try turning "Battery Saver" off, or else set it to turn on only when you get below 5% battery life left.

In addition; there is a separate setting called "Battery Optimization" -- on my phone I have to tap the three dot menu of the Battery settings to view this option. Make sure that the eBay app is not optimized.
