No sounds when items due to end

Very recently items I've watched are not sending the notification.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled ebay, no change.

All other apps notifications work just not ebay?

I've had the same issue for the past 3 weeks - all other notifications from the app are fine, just none for items ending. Remove and reinstall has no effect.
