Yes, I have already deleted the app and reinstalled.

Hit search in Ebay mobile app.

Get recent searches or saved searches. 

No way to type in words.

No custom keyboard. Same one I'm using on Ebay website, on the same phone.

BY "Search" I mean I'm clicking in the bar that says "search for anything ". Has the magnifying  glass on the left.
