It would be helpful if there was an option to choose that says the buyer never paid. For now I had to just choose “Buyer cancelled order” - when in reality, their payment never processed after 7 business days, therefore I didn’t ship and wanted to resist my item.

I’d also like to add that I contacted the buyer through the app twice to send hem a payment reminder before cancelling

You need to open an unpaid item case. Read up on how to do all this stuff.
