No notifications on Alcatel TCL LX

i have the android 8.1.0 version and haven't been getting notifications from the beginning of the new app.  4 months ago they said they would go buy my phone and see if they can find the bug.  yup still waiting.  get that.  a billion dollar co can't buy one phone and lied to me.  terrible.

and yes i've tried every suggestion under the sun

every time i mention that it's been months and still do not receive even 25% of my notifications, (they promised to buy my phone to work on the bugs)  it gets taken down.  hmm, i'd rather they just admit the app stinks and we don't know why.

i haven't gotten my notifications for a while now. they even said they would go out and buy my phone and see if they could figure it out.  that was 5 months ago...still waiting.  i don't think i'll be hearing anything soon.

at this point i don't even know why i have the app on my phone.  guess i'll just wait for the next one.
