I’ve noticed I cannot find an item description in my listing in the app, even things in my watchlist I am certain had descriptions when I saved them. I am using the iOS mobile app.

Looks like this is what the teenagers running ebay have planned all along. They are more interested in selling bulk and not interested in supporting the sellers that made ebay. The teenagers have been making us enter all the extra nonsense info for over a year and they think that just seeing an item is enough. This doesn't work for antiques that have been restored. We need a new ebay just for items that need written descriptions for serious buyers.

Hey @andrewfiorillo . We apologize about the issues you are experiencing when trying to view item descriptions on the eBay app. Our teams are aware of this issue and are currently working on it. As of this morning members should be able to see descriptions again from the app. If you are still running into issues please let me know!

I'm on a PC and none of my listings I have posted over the past almost two months will show anything in the listings after posting, no matter what web browser I use, nor what eBay storefront I log into; I have two stores. After constantly calling eBay for about a week or so in July Finally in August I was told by a eBay rep that I needed to try going incognito in Google Chrome, finally when I did that I can now list again. This is only happening to me on eBay none of my other two selling platforms have this issue, they do have other issue but not this one. Hope they find a way to fix this mess soon.
